Please follow this article if you want to use AD users/groups within columns permissions
In order to use KWIZ columns permissions with AD users/groups, it is required to enable Microsoft Graph Access.
You can install Microsoft Graph Access by using KWIZ Apps Setup Wizard
Make sure you are in the "Top level site".
If Microsoft Graph Access Status is "Not Granted", click on "Grant Graph API Access".
If you can't grant permissions for Microsoft Graph Access, please follow the workaround below;
1. Navigate to "Site Settings" > "People and Groups"
2. Click on "Settings" and choose "Group Settings" from the menu.
3. In "Group Settings," modify the setting under the label "Who can view the membership of the group" from "Everyone" to "Group Members"
